Refund policy

We do not offer cash refunds. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing Defect / Product Defect: If your order has a defect, report it within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Condition of Item: Products must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags intact.

  • Return Shipping: Customers bear the cost of return shipping.

Once the returned product is verified, we will issue either a replacement or store credit.

  1. Request a Return: Email us with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Approval & Address: Once approved, we’ll share the return address.

  3. Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping.

  4. Store Credit Issuance: After inspection, store credit will be issued to your account or email.
